1) Will the ITG100ELED fit in the ceiling opening left by my old bath fan?
The housing measures 11-3/4 x 11-3/4 x 5-3/4 inches, and Delta builds the Integrity series with a compact housing specifically for retrofit and replacement of older bath fans. Check your joist bay depth against the 5-3/4 inch dimension before you cut, especially in a shallow bay or under a low-clearance attic.
2) Can this Delta Breez fan and light be installed over a tub or inside a shower?
Yes. The Integrity ITG100ELED is UL and cUL listed for use in a tub or shower enclosure, provided the branch circuit feeding it is GFCI protected. That GFCI requirement is on you as the installer, not something the fan supplies.
3) Do I need a dimmer switch for the LED light on the ITG100ELED, and is one included?
The 13 watt edge-lit LED is dimmable, but the dimmer switch is not included. You supply it, and it needs to be an LED-compatible dimmer. Run without a dimmer it works fine as a standard on/off light.
4) How big a bathroom will a 100 CFM Delta Breez Integrity fan handle?
It's rated for spaces up to 100 square feet as a single speed 100 CFM unit. For a larger master bath, or one with an enclosed water closet, plan on a higher CFM unit or a second fan rather than stretching this one.
5) How bright is the light, and will it be enough on its own in a small bathroom?
Main light output is 1000 lumens at 3000K with 80 CRI, which the manufacturer puts as equivalent to a 60 watt incandescent bulb. In a powder room or a small full bath that's typically the only ceiling fixture you need; over a vanity most people still add task lighting at the mirror.
6) What circuit and wiring does the Delta Breez ITG100ELED draw?
120V/60Hz, 0.47 amps max, with total power draw in the 17.0 to 20.0 watt range. That's a light enough load to share a standard 15A bathroom branch circuit, and the circuit has to be GFCI protected if the unit sits over a tub or shower.

10) Why does this fan list 100 CFM in the name but 84 CFM in the specs?
The 100 CFM figure is the HVI-certified airflow at 0.1 inch static pressure. The 84 CFM value is what the unit delivers at the higher 0.25 inch static pressure point, which is what you'd see with a longer duct run, flex pipe, or elbows. Size your ductwork for the number you actually need at the far end.
