The SWP4754 measures 4-1/2 x 2-3/4 inches with a single rocker cutout, so it covers one decorator style device (rocker, dimmer, GFCI face) in a standard single gang box. If the device you are covering is a toggle rather than a rocker, this plate won't fit it, you need a toggle template instead.
