It transitions a 36 inch wide tray down to a 24 inch wide tray, with the reduction taken on the right side so the left side rail stays in a straight line. 24 inch radius. That matters because the tray fitting radius sets the minimum bending radius the conductors see as they come through the transition, and large power or fiber cable has a manufacturer minimum bend radius that has to be respected. A right reducer takes the whole width change out of one side, keeping the opposite rail in line.
