A vertical inside bend carries the tray run up or down a change in elevation, with the bend turning toward the inside of the tray (the cable side). The B-Line 4A-36-45VI24 makes that elevation change at 45 degrees on a 24 inch radius, so cables bend gradually rather than over a sharp corner. Use it where the run has to climb a wall or drop under an obstruction while keeping the same 36 inch width and 4 inch side rail height.

Aluminum is the standard choice where weight and corrosion resistance matter more than maximum load capacity, and it is common in damp indoor, outdoor, and washdown-adjacent runs where plain carbon steel would need galvanizing or paint. Keep the whole run in one material family: mixing an aluminum fitting into a steel run invites galvanic issues at the splice.
