B-Line Eaton series imperial cable tray and ladder, 4" Height, 25.053" Length, 6" Width, Series 2-5 vertical inside bend, Aluminum, 45° Angle, 24" Rad

It's a vertical inside bend, meaning the tray run turns up and over an obstruction with the fitting bending toward the inside of the tray (rungs on the inside of the curve). If your run needs to drop down or turn away from the tray interior, you want the matching vertical outside bend instead, not this part. The bend angle is 45 degrees.

It's built for a 6 inch wide tray with a 4 inch side rail height, in the Series 2-5 aluminum family. It will not mate cleanly to a wider tray or a different rail depth, so match the width and height of the straight sections it connects to.

Allow for 25.053 inches of overall length along the run for the fitting itself, plus the 24 inch radius sweep it takes to complete the 45 degree rise. Lay that out before you set your support spacing so a hanger doesn't land in the middle of the bend.

Aluminum. That gives you a light, non-rusting fitting for damp, outdoor, and mildly corrosive environments without paint or galvanizing to maintain, and it keeps the weight down for overhead work at 4.8 lb for the fitting. Aluminum tray should not be mixed with steel tray sections in the same run, since the rail profiles and splice plates differ and dissimilar metal contact invites galvanic corrosion.

It's CSA certified, which is what an inspector on a Canadian project will look for on tray and tray fittings.

Order Eaton B-Line part 4A-06-45VI24. Reading it out: 4A is the 4 inch aluminum Series 2-5 rail, 06 is the 6 inch tray width, 45VI is the 45 degree vertical inside bend, and 24 is the 24 inch radius.

The 4A-06-45VI24 is the bend fitting itself. Splice plates, connector hardware, and any supports or hangers for the transition are ordered separately and need to match the Series 2-5 aluminum rail so the bolt pattern lines up. Plan on two splice connections per bend, one at each end.
