Yes. The 2M211R is a 3R enclosure, which is the rainproof outdoor rating, and it is built from galvanized steel finished in ANSI 61 gray paint for exterior service. It surface mounts to the wall rather than flush into it, so plan for a 4.63 inch projection off the mounting surface.
2) Is the 2M211R for overhead or underground service?
Overhead. It is built as an overhead-fed unit with an AW hub on top for the service mast, single meter position, ring type socket with 4 jaws. If the utility is bringing service in underground, this is not the right enclosure configuration.
3) What breaker configuration comes in the B-Line 2M211R?
