The B198A-12SS4 clevis bracket is rated for a uniform load of 800 lbs. That is a uniform rating, so a single concentrated point load hung at the free end of the 12 inch arm is not the same case. Size your hanger rod and the strut it mounts to against that 800 lb figure.
