The screw ships with it. Model B2016YZN includes a combination recess hex head machine screw, so you are not buying fasteners separately to land the clamp on the strut. You will still need your own strut channel and, depending on how you are mounting, a channel nut.

Different jobs. A strut clamp such as the B-Line B2016YZN is made to bolt to channel with the supplied machine screw, which is how you support a run off trapeze or wall-mounted strut and keep spacing consistent across several lines. If you are fastening a single conduit flat to concrete or block with no channel in the wall, a one-hole or two-hole strap is the right part; this clamp needs strut to mount to.

Yellow zinc chromate over steel is a corrosion-resistant plating meant for dry indoor and protected service, not sustained weather exposure or washdown. For rooftop, exterior, or corrosive areas, step up to a hot dip galvanized or stainless clamp instead of this plated steel one.
