A hex head machine screw ships with the clamp. What is not included is the strut nut and spring, and the strut channel itself, so add those to the order if you are not pulling them from existing stock.

The B2022SS4 is a Type 304 stainless steel finish over a steel clamp body. That makes it the version to reach for on wet, washdown, or coastal work where a plain electro-galvanized strut clamp would start bleeding rust at the strut nut. Indoors in a dry mechanical room you generally don't need to pay for 304.

They solve different problems. A strut clamp bolts the pipe to a channel, so you get a rigid run you can align and add to later, which is why it wins on multi-conduit racks and wall-mounted banks. A single clamp and threaded rod is quicker for one isolated line but gives you no lateral restraint and nothing to share. If the run grows, the strut approach is the one you want.

Avoid it where moisture is present. Pairing 304 stainless hardware against a plain galvanized channel puts two dissimilar metals in contact, and in a wet or chloride environment the galvanized coating is the one that gives up first. If you are specifying stainless because of the exposure, run stainless channel and stainless strut nuts with it.
