No. The 1010120 HSNK is a NEMA 1 enclosure, which is indoor, general purpose only. It gives you protection against incidental contact and falling dirt, not rain, washdown, or dust-tight service. For outdoor runs or damp areas you need a NEMA 3R raintight wireway instead, which is a different body with a sloped or lapped cover and gasketing.

No knockouts. The body ships blank, so every conduit entry gets field-located and punched with a hole saw or knockout set. That's usually what an electrician wants on a gutter feeding a switchboard or multiple panels, since the conduit layout rarely lines up with factory knockout patterns. Budget time for punching and deburring at rough-in.

Mounting is through holes in the back of the body, so you're fastening straight to strut, a wall, or a backboard with your own hardware. One 120 inch section weighs 87.037 pounds empty, so plan supports and get a second set of hands. Add conductor weight on top of that when you size your strut and anchors.
