1) Is this wireway NEMA 1 or is it rated for wet or outdoor locations?
NEMA 1 only. That's indoor, dry-location, general purpose enclosure protection against incidental contact and falling dirt. Don't run it outdoors, in washdown areas, or anywhere it sees dripping water or corrosive atmosphere. For those locations you need a NEMA 3R or 4 raintight or oiltight wireway instead.
2) Does the 44120 HSNK come with knockouts for conduit entries?
No knockouts. The body is solid, with thru holes for mounting only. You drill or punch your own conduit entries wherever the run needs them, which is what most electricians prefer on a gutter feeding multiple panels since it lets you place hubs on the actual centers rather than on the factory's.
3) Is this wireway approved for Canadian jobs?
It carries CSA C22.2 certification, which is the Canadian standard family for electrical enclosures, so it's usable on work inspected to the Canadian Electrical Code as well as in the US.
