1) Is the 66120 HSNK wireway rated for outdoor or wet locations?
No. It's a NEMA 1 enclosure, which is indoor, general purpose only. It guards against incidental contact with the wiring and falling dirt, but it is not raintight or dust tight. For an exterior wall, a rooftop run, or a washdown area you need a NEMA 3R or 4 raintight wireway instead, not this hinged NEMA 1 trough.
