1) Does the 3360 G NK wireway come with knockouts already punched?
No. The NK in the designation means no knockouts, so the trough ships blank on all four sides. You punch or drill wherever your conduit entries land. If you want factory knockouts on a set spacing, you need the knockout version instead of the NK.
2) What NEMA rating does this B-Line wireway carry, and can I use it outdoors?
NEMA 1 only, which is indoor general purpose. It guards against incidental contact with the enclosed wiring and falling dirt, but there is no gasketing and no protection from water. Keep it indoors and dry. For a wet or outdoor location you need a NEMA 3R raintight trough, not this one.

The 3360 G NK is a straight 60 inch section only. Joining two sticks takes a connector, and any change of direction takes an elbow or a tee sized for 3 x 3. End caps close off a terminating run. Order those separately in matching 3 x 3 size and ANSI 61 gray so the finish carries through, and plan your conduit entries since the trough ships with no knockouts.
4) Is this a screw cover or a hinged cover wireway?
Screw cover. The cover lifts off completely and is held by plated screws around the flange, which is what you want for a permanent run where the cover stays closed. If you need repeated access for troubleshooting, a hinged cover trough is the easier choice, since a screw cover means backing out every screw each time you open it.
5) What gauge steel and finish is this wireway, and will it match my existing gray panels?
16 gauge steel painted ANSI 61 gray, which is the standard gray used across commercial electrical enclosures and panelboards. Running it alongside other ANSI 61 gear gives you a consistent look.
