B-Line Eaton series wireway, 6" height, 60" length, 4" width, G NK wireway, Thru holes, No knockouts, Screw cover, 1, Steel, Plated screws, ANSI 61 g

The 6460 G NK wireway measures 4 inches wide by 6 inches high, with a 60 inch length per stick. That cross section works where you need more fill capacity than a 4 x 4 gutter but the wall space is limited to about 4 inches of projection. If your existing run is 4 x 4 or 6 x 6, the body will not line up hole for hole at the joints, so plan for the matching size instead.

No. It is a NEMA 1 enclosure, which is general purpose indoor only, intended to keep personnel away from live parts and to exclude falling dirt. Outdoors, in washdown areas, or anywhere subject to rain or hose spray you need a NEMA 3R or 4 raintight gutter instead. The unit is CSA Certified.

No knockouts. The 6460 G NK is the NK (no knockout) version, so every conduit entry has to be field punched or hole sawed where you want it. That is the right choice when your conduit layout does not match a standard knockout pattern, and the wrong one if you were counting on factory openings to save install time.

Screw cover, fastened with plated screws along the body. It gives you a solid closure for a run you do not open often. If your application is a control panel gutter that gets opened regularly for troubleshooting, a hinged cover style is easier to live with, because on a 60 inch screw cover section you are backing out every screw each time.

16 gauge steel, painted ANSI 61 gray. That is the standard gray used across most industrial control enclosures and panelboards, so a run of this gutter will match the switchgear and control cabinets already on the wall in a typical plant or mechanical room.
