1) Can this aluminum wireway be used outdoors or in a washdown area?
No. The 88120-3RAHS NK is a NEMA 1 enclosure, which is indoor, general purpose protection against incidental contact and falling dirt only. It is not rated for rain, sprinklers, hosedown, or dust-tight service. For an outdoor run you need a NEMA 3R or 4 raintight/watertight wireway instead.
