1) Will the B-Line 66 FL IN elbow fit my 6x6 wireway run?
Yes, it's sized for 6 inch by 6 inch lay-in wireway, with a stated product height of 6 in and length/depth of 6 in. Match it to a 6x6 trough of the same NEMA 1 lay-in style and the mating flanges line up.
2) What's the difference between an inside-opening and an outside-opening 90 degree wireway elbow?
An inside-opening elbow turns the run so the access cover faces the inside of the corner, which is what the 66 FL IN is built as. Pick it when the wireway turns toward the wall or equipment side and you need the cover reachable on that inner face. If your turn goes the other way and the cover would end up buried, you want the outside-opening version instead. The turn angle is the same 90 degrees either way.
3) Is this 6x6 wireway elbow rated for outdoor or wet locations?
No. It's a NEMA 1 (degree of protection 1) enclosure fitting, which is indoor, general-purpose only, with no rain, dust or washdown rating. For an exterior run or a wet area you need a NEMA 3R or 4 rated elbow instead.
4) Will this elbow match the gray wireway already installed in my plant?
It's finished in ANSI 61 gray paint, the standard gray used across B-Line lay-in wireway and most electrical enclosures, so it blends with existing ANSI 61 trough and fittings. Only one finish is offered on this elbow.

Lay-in. The cover comes off so conductors drop straight into the corner instead of being fished around the bend, which is the reason to use a lay-in fitting rather than a conduit elbow on a large multi-circuit run.
