Yes. The Eaton B-Line 22 HSE NK is the closing plate for 2.5 x 2.5 inch wireway trough, so it caps the open end of a 2-1/2 inch square run. It will not cover a 4 x 4 or larger trough; for those you need the end matched to that cross section.
2) Does the B-Line 22 HSE wireway end come with a knockout for conduit entry?
No. The NK version is a blank end with no knockout, so it closes the trough solid. If you need to bring conduit or cable through the end of the run, order the end with a knockout instead, or terminate through a side wall knockout.
3) Is this wireway end rated for outdoor or wet locations?
No. The 22 HSE NK is a NEMA 1 part, which is indoor, general purpose enclosure protection only, no rain or washdown rating. For outdoor or damp locations you need a NEMA 3R raintight wireway end.
