No. It is shaped for TB conduit bodies only. A C, LB, LL, LR or T body takes a cover cut for that body shape, so ordering a TB cover for one of those openings leaves you with a cover that will not seat or thread down.
3) Is the Crouse-Hinds TB cover rated for a wet or outdoor location?
It carries a NEMA 12 rating, which covers dust, falling dirt and dripping non-corrosive liquids. That is an indoor, ordinary/non-hazardous location rating. For washdown, rain, or a classified hazardous area you need a cover rated for those conditions instead.
