1) Will a Crouse-Hinds TB conduit body cover fit EMT conduit?
No. The Condulet Series 5 TB cover is built for rigid and IMC conduit systems, which are threaded. EMT is not threaded and uses set-screw or compression fittings, so a threaded Rigid/IMC condulet cover is the wrong part for an EMT run. If the run is rigid or IMC, this is the correct family.
2) What trade sizes does the Crouse-Hinds TB Condulet cover come in?
Two trade sizes: 3/4 inch (part TB25) and 1 inch (part TB35). The trade size has to match the conduit body it is going on, so order by the condulet's trade size, not by the conduit's outside diameter.
