2) Can an Eaton EZ Box NEMA 1 enclosure be installed outdoors or in a wash-down area?

4) Will a 6.5 inch deep panelboard box fit in a 2x4 stud wall?
No. At 6.5 inches deep, the EZ Box is deeper than a nominal 2x4 stud cavity (roughly 3-1/2 inches of framing depth), so it cannot be flush-mounted in a standard 2x4 wall without furring the wall out or framing a 2x6 chase.
