The BR three-phase main lug loadcenter is rated 208Y/120 and 240V, four-wire, so it takes the three phase conductors plus a neutral off a wye service and gives you 120V line-to-neutral for receptacles and lighting alongside 208V three-phase for motors and equipment. If your building is a 480Y/277 service, this is the wrong panel.
