Emtek 1375 Multi Point Lock Trim (Door Config #3) - Brass Plates, Concord Style (1.5" x 11"), Dummy Pair

Trim only. The 1375 set includes the plates and handles, and the multi point mortise lock box is not included, so the lock body has to be ordered separately. Since this is the Dummy version, it has no working latch or cylinder of its own anyway. It's the fixed side of a swinging patio door pair, or an active-looking pull on a door that doesn't latch.

4-1/8 inches center to center, measured between the handle and the cylinder hole, with the cylinder positioned above the handle. That spacing plus Door Configuration #3 is what has to line up with the multi point lock already in the door. Measure the existing gear before ordering; if your handle-to-cylinder distance isn't 4-1/8 inches, you need a different configuration of the trim.

Andersen is the referenced door manufacturer for the 1375 trim, and it's built for swinging patio door hardware. The deciding detail is still the gear in the door: this is the Door Configuration #3 layout with a 4-1/8 inch center-to-center handle-to-cylinder spacing and the cylinder sitting above the handle. Match that against the multi point lock in your Andersen unit.

Handing is required, right hand or left hand, and you pick it when you order. Even though the dummy pair doesn't operate a latch, the lever and the plate are handed, so ordering the wrong one puts the lever pointing the wrong way on the door.

Depends which leaf you're doing. The 1375 dummy pair is for the inactive or fixed panel, or the interior side of a door that doesn't need to lock, and it doesn't operate anything. If that panel has to lock and key, this is the wrong part. The dummy has no keying and no cylinder function, though the plate is prepped for an American style cylinder above the handle, so it can visually match a keyed leaf beside it. A common pairing on a French patio pair is the active leaf keyed and the passive leaf dummy in the same Concord style and finish.

Eight: Oil Rubbed Bronze (US10B), Satin Nickel (US15), Pewter (US15A), Flat Black (US19), Polished Chrome (US26), Polished Brass Lifetime (US3), Unlacquered Brass (US3NL) and French Antique (US7). Worth noting for anyone matching an existing opening: Unlacquered Brass is a living finish that will patina, while Polished Brass Lifetime holds its appearance. If you're standardizing across several doors, order both sides in the same finish code at the same time.

Three choices, two of them required. Handing (right or left), lever style, and optionally your exact door thickness. Lever style is an open field of Emtek brass levers, from the L-Square, T-Bar and R-Bar bar levers in faceted, hammered, knurled, Tribeca, straight knurled and white marble treatments, through the Athena, Helios, Hermes, Luzern, Poseidon and Stuttgart designs, to traditional shapes like Rope, Ribbon and Reed, Santa Fe, Rustic, Arts and Crafts and Hammered. Any brass lever can be ordered on it.

The Concord plate measures 1-1/2 x 11 inches. That's a long, narrow escutcheon, so it will hide a fair amount of screw scarring in a vertical line but very little side to side. Because it surface mounts with no door prep, whatever prep is already in the door has to fall within that 1-1/2 inch width to be covered.

Solid brass, both material and substrate, from Emtek's Brass collection. It's a residential product, so for a commercial opening on a graded spec you'd be looking at a different class of hardware. For a house, a condo, or a residential unit in a multi-family building, brass is what you want on an exterior patio door.

No electronics of any kind. The 1375 Concord trim is mechanical dummy trim, no keypad, no motor, no batteries, nothing to power or pair. If you want electronic access on a patio door, this isn't the part.
