Emtek 1675 Multi Point Lock Trim (Door Config #6) - Brass Plates, Concord Style (1.5" x 11"), Dummy Pair

Trim only. The 1675 set gives you the plates and the handles; the multi point mortise lock box is not part of it and has to come from the door or be ordered on its own. If you are replacing worn handles on a swinging patio door that already has a working multi point mechanism inside, this is the right scope of part. If the mechanism itself is broken, trim will not fix it.

Dummy means the handles are fixed. No spindle, no cylinder, no latch retraction. It is a pull pair, used on the inactive leaf of a French or double patio door, or on a panel that is held by flush bolts or a secondary point rather than by the handle. The 1675 is also unkeyed. If you need the handle to actually throw or retract the multi point mechanism, you need an active (keyed or non-keyed operating) trim configuration instead, not the dummy pair.

Even on a dummy set the lever throw direction and the plate orientation are handed, so a left hand pair on a right hand panel will point the levers the wrong way.
