No. The 1383 is trim only, plates and handles. The multi point mortise lock box is a separate purchase, so you need the lock body already in the door or ordered alongside it. Plan the order as two pieces: the multi point lock and this Concord trim set to dress it.

Configuration #3 describes where the cylinder and thumbturn sit on the plate.
