No. The 1523 is trim only: plates and handles. The multi point mortise lock box is not included, so you need a working multi point lock already in the door or ordered separately. The set covers the exterior and interior plates plus the lever hardware.

Configuration refers to where the cylinder and thumbturn sit relative to the handle.
