The multi point mortise lock box is not included, so if your door does not already have a working multi point lock in it, you are ordering the gearbox separately. Door Configuration #5 describes the hole pattern in the door face that the plate has to line up with. On the 1535 that layout is a Euro profile cylinder sitting below the handle, with 3-5/8 inch center-to-center between the handle spindle and the cylinder. Measure your existing plate from the middle of the handle hub to the middle of the keyhole; if it is 3-5/8 inches with the cylinder underneath, you are on config #5.
