No. The 16B4 is trim only, plates and handles. The multi point mortise lock box is a separate purchase. If the mechanism itself is bad, you need the lock body too.

Configuration #6 is Emtek's code for a non-keyed setup with a fixed handle on the exterior and an operating (turning) lever on the interior. Emtek configuration numbers dictate which handles turn and where the cylinder sits, so the config on your door has to match the trim you order.
3) Will this Emtek trim fit my Pella or Milgard patio door?
Milgard and Pella are the reference door manufacturers for this trim. The number that has to match is the center-to-center spacing between the handle and the cylinder hole, which is 3-5/8 inches here, with the cylinder position below the handle. Measure your existing door's hole spacing before ordering; multi point doors from other makers often run different center-to-center dimensions.
4) Do I need to specify handing when ordering the Emtek 16B4?
Yes, handing is required. You pick Right Hand (RH) or Left Hand (LH) at order time. Because the exterior handle is fixed and only the inside lever operates, the trim is built for one swing direction and can't be flipped in the field. Stand outside the door: if the hinges are on your right, it's right hand.
