1) Does the Emtek 2432 doorbell button come with a lighted button, or do I have to add one?
The lighted button is included. The 2432 ships as a complete Wrought Steel doorbell assembly: plate with the #2 rosette, a lighted push button, and matching screws in the same finish. The screws are only supplied with the unit, so don't plan on sourcing them separately if one goes missing on the install.
2) Is the Emtek 2432 doorbell button wired into an existing chime, or is it wireless?
It's a wired, low-voltage push button, listed as an electronic item. It replaces the button end of a conventional transformer-and-chime doorbell system, so you need existing bell wire at the door jamb. The button is lighted, which means it draws from that same circuit rather than a battery.
3) Will the Emtek 2432 doorbell match my Emtek Wrought Steel entry set?

4) What's the difference between the Emtek 2431, 2432 and 2433 doorbells?
Only the rosette. All three are Wrought Steel doorbells with plate and lighted button; the number after 243 tells you which rosette profile you get. 2431 is Wrought Steel #1, 2432 is #2, 2433 is #3. Pick the one whose rosette matches the knob or lever rosettes already on the house.
5) Is the Emtek 2432 doorbell suitable for a commercial building entrance?
It's specified as residential hardware. For a house, a townhome, or the front door of a small multi-family unit it's the right kind of part. For a high-traffic commercial entrance or an access-control tie-in, this isn't the product to spec.

For that, the STRETTO plates are the long formats: the 2440 is a 1-1/2 by 5 inch rosette plate and the 2441 is 1-1/2 by 11 inches. Those are the ones to use when you're covering a scar in the jamb or want a vertical bar look.
