The tape the 450-900 dispenses is strong enough to hold large bundles of wire and cable but stays flexible and supple so it will not damage conductors or jackets. A nylon zip tie is one-time use and over-tightens easily. Use the 450-900 where you are re-dressing, adding circuits, or troubleshooting; keep zip ties for permanent bundles.
