A 30 inch base is the minimum for the 2522-8BS3. The sink measures 25 x 22 x 8 inches overall, so the 25 inch length needs a 30 inch cabinet to leave room for the countertop cutout and the cabinet stiles. Anything narrower than 30 inches will not take it.
2) Is the Houzer 2522-8BS3 a drop-in sink or an undermount?
Topmount, also called drop-in. The 2522-8BS3 sets into a cutout with the rim resting on the countertop, so it works on laminate, butcher block, and tile as well as stone. If the counter is stone and the buyer wants the sink hung below the deck with an exposed stone edge, this is the wrong installation type and an undermount model is needed instead.
3) How many faucet holes does the Houzer 2522-8BS3 have, and what faucet will it take?
Three holes are punched in the deck.
