1) Will the Houzer BG-2750 bottom grid fit my Houzer sink, or only certain models?
Only the Houzer CNM-2700 sink. The BG-2750 is cut to that bowl's interior, so it will not seat correctly in another Houzer bowl or in another brand's sink. Check the model stamped or stickered under your sink deck before ordering; if it reads anything other than CNM-2700, this is the wrong grid.
2) Do I need a bottom grid in a stainless kitchen sink, or is it optional?

6) Is the Houzer BG-2750 grid going to rust or discolor in a kitchen sink?
The grid is stainless steel, so standing water, food acids, and normal kitchen cleaners are not a problem. Skip chlorine bleach and steel wool on it, same as you would with the sink itself.
