No. It's an undermount sink, so it needs a solid surface top (granite, quartz, solid surface) that can carry the sink from below and take a polished cut edge. Laminate tops call for a drop-in or topmount instead.
2) Will a standard 3-1/2 inch garbage disposal fit the Houzer CF-1830?
Yes. The drain opening is 3-1/2 inches and sits at the center of the bowl, which is the standard US disposal flange size. A basket strainer (190-9180) ships with the sink, so if you're going the disposal route you'll just swap it out for the disposal's mounting assembly.
3) What accessories can I add to the Houzer CF-1830 round bar sink?
Two optional pieces fit this bowl: the BG-1800 bottom grid, which keeps glassware off the base and protects the finish, and the CB-1800 cutting board for over-the-bowl prep. The basket strainer is already in the box, so you don't need to add one.

T-304 is the chrome-nickel grade that resists food acids and cleaning chemicals. Heavy-duty commercial scullery work is a different animal and usually calls for 16 gauge.
6) Does the Houzer CF-1830 have a faucet hole?
No. It's an undermount bowl, so there's no deck and no faucet drilling. The faucet mounts through the countertop or the backsplash, which lets you set the spout position and reach wherever it works for the run.
