The CHT-1800 needs a minimum 21 inch vanity cabinet. No overflow. The CHT-1800 is built without an overflow hole, which means you need a non-overflow (grid style or free-flow) lavatory drain, not a standard pop-up assembly that vents through an overflow channel. Some jurisdictions require an overflow on lavatories, so check your local plumbing code before specifying it on a commercial or multi-family job.
