Cut to the template in the Houzer spec sheet and topmount installation instructions supplied with the sink rather than eyeballing it off the bowl diameter.
2) Will the Houzer CRT-1620 fit a standard bathroom vanity?
You need a minimum cabinet size of 21 inches. At 16-3/4 inches across the rim and 6-1/4 inches deep, the bowl clears a typical vanity, but anything narrower than a 21 inch cabinet will not take it. Check depth too if you are working around a drawer bank instead of an open cabinet.
3) Does this Houzer Opus lavatory sink have an overflow hole?
No. The CRT-1620 Opus round bowl is built without an overflow. That matters for two reasons: your drain assembly must be a non-overflow type (no overflow port on the tailpiece), and if local code or a spec on the job requires an overflow, this is not the sink for that opening.
