Plan on a minimum cabinet width of 21 inches. The sink itself measures 16-3/4 inches across the rim (16-3/4 x 16-3/4 x 6-1/4 inches overall), so the 21 inch minimum leaves the material you need around the opening on a standard lavatory vanity.
2) Is the overflow and drain assembly included with the Houzer CRTO-1620, or do I buy it separately?
The overflow assembly ships with the sink, Houzer part OD-10, and the bowl is built with an overflow. Mounting hardware and installation instructions are in the box too. You still supply the faucet, the P-trap and the tailpiece connection to the wall or floor rough-in.
