It's an intermediate offset pivot set for aluminum doors and aluminum frames, non handed, so the same set works on a left or right hand opening and you don't have to specify handing when you order. Intermediate pivots sit between the top and bottom pivots on the hinge jamb, so you still need a top pivot and a floor mounted bottom pivot or closer to hang the door.
