Single-pole is ordered as 5601-2 (black, gray, ivory), double-pole as 5602-2W in white, 3-way as 5603-2 (gray or light almond), and 4-way as 5604-2GY in gray. Pick the configuration first, since the body is wired differently: single-pole for one control point, 3-way for two, and a 4-way installed between two 3-ways for three or more control points.
2) Can I use this Leviton 15A rocker switch on a 277V lighting circuit in a commercial building?
Yes. The switch is rated 15A at 120/277V, so it will control 277V fluorescent or LED lighting branch circuits as well as standard 120V residential circuits. Note the build is residential grade, so for heavy-use commercial corridors or areas with constant switching, a spec-grade device is the better call.
3) Will this Leviton rocker switch fit a standard wall box and existing wallplates?
It mounts in a standard wall box with standard wiring-device sizing, and it takes a Decora-style (rocker opening) wallplate. It will not fit a toggle-style plate, so if you are swapping out old toggles you need new Decora plates as well. The plates are a separate order.
