Keyed alike is what you want for a fleet of gates, sheds, or meter boxes where one key has to open everything. Keyed different gives each lock its own key. Key codes 2065 and 2159 can be selected, and you can note on the order whether a substitute keyed alike number is acceptable.

Ordering the 1 Series laminated padlock without a cylinder gets you the lock body and shackle with no cylinder or keys fitted. That is the choice for a facility that keys its own hardware into an existing master key system, so the locksmith drops their own cylinder in.
