The Milbank U6281-XL ringless meter main comes in 100A, 150A, and 200A. The 100A units carry 10 branch circuit spaces; the 150A and 200A units carry 8. All of them are single position, 1-phase, with one main breaker.
2) Do I need the 4-terminal or 5-terminal version of this Milbank meter socket?
That is set by your serving utility, not by the load. The U6281-XL is built three ways: standard 4-terminal, 5-terminal with the 5th jaw at the 9 o'clock position, and 5-terminal with the 5th jaw at 6 o'clock in the Ameren configuration. Utilities that require a 5th terminal for network or current-transformer-style metering will specify which clock position they accept. Call the utility before you order; a 9 o'clock can will not pass inspection where 6 o'clock is required.
