1) What is the difference between the Milbank USE-AP-200-MB and USE-AP-200-ML?
Both are the same 200A unmetered power distribution enclosure with 4 branch circuits. The USE-AP-200-MB comes with one 200 ampere main breaker for overcurrent protection at the panel. The USE-AP-200-ML is the main lug version, with no main breaker, so overcurrent protection has to come from upstream. Pick the main breaker version when this is the service disconnect; pick main lug when the panel is fed from a protected feeder and the breaker would be redundant.
2) Can the Milbank USE-AP-200 be mounted outdoors on an exterior wall?
Yes. The enclosure is Type 3R rated and UL Listed, built from G90 galvanized steel with a powder coat finish, so it is suited to outdoor wall mounting. It is a surface mount unit, so it bolts flat to the wall or a pole backing rather than recessing into it.
3) Does the Milbank USE-AP-200 include a meter socket?
No. This is an unmetered unit, with no meter provision and zero meter jaw terminals, so it will not satisfy a utility metering point. If the installation needs a utility meter, you need a metered socket or a meter main combination instead.
