2) Do I have to run wire between the push plates and the door operator with the ClearPath CTP kit?
No wire between the switches and the receiver. The CP/TX transmitters send to the CP/RX receiver over radio, which is the whole point of the ClearPath kit on a retrofit where you'd otherwise be cutting a wall or fishing a jamb. 3) Will an MS Sedco CTP push plate fit on a narrow door jamb?

The other build is the CTP-H with 4-1/2 inch square plates, which needs flat wall or a wide stile. Both use the same CP/TX transmitters and CP/RX receiver, so the only decision is the plate footprint your mounting surface will take. Switch plates are also offered in a 6 inch round format.
4) Will the ClearPath CTP receiver relay work with my existing low energy door operator?
The CP/RX receiver puts out a dry relay: NO/CC/COM contacts rated 3A. Any low energy operator that takes a dry contact closure on its activation input will accept it, which is the standard actuator input on that class of operator. Feed the receiver 12 to 24V AC/DC, which most operators can supply from their accessory terminals. If your operator only accepts a wired 24V actuator signal rather than a dry contact, this is not the right activation.
5) Which radio frequency does the MS Sedco ClearPath CTP kit run on, and can I change it?
