A double fixture tee (also called a double sanitary tee) picks up two fixture drains on opposite sides of one vertical stack at the same elevation. The Nibco 4835-B is the all-hub version, so it carries the continuous run through and branches out both directions from a single fitting. Typical use is back-to-back fixtures on either side of a common wall, back-to-back lavatories in a multi-family bath stack or a commercial restroom. It is drain, waste and vent service only, not pressure piping.
