The C73 is sized for 12-10 AWG conductors. Anything smaller than 12 AWG won't hold in the barrel properly and anything larger than 10 AWG won't enter it, so for 14-16 AWG or 8 AWG runs you need a different barrel size in the Sta-Kon line.

Rated 600 V, which covers standard commercial and industrial branch circuits, control panels, and motor terminations. It carries UL file E9809.
3) Is the C73 UL listed for an inspected installation?

The body is copper, bare and metallic in appearance with no plating color called out. Copper barrels are intended for copper conductors; for aluminum or aluminum-to-copper transitions you need a connector specifically marked AL9CU, not this one.
5) Do I need a special crimp tool for Sta-Kon non-insulated ring terminals?
Yes, a non-insulated barrel needs a crimper with a non-insulated (indent or oval) die in the 12-10 AWG range. The color-coded nests on an insulated-terminal crimper won't form this barrel correctly, and pliers will give you a joint that pulls apart under vibration.
