It is a non-insulated terminal, bare copper with a metallic finish. There is no sleeve over the barrel, so if the termination sits where it could short to an adjacent conductor or a grounded surface, add heat shrink or an insulating boot over the crimp yourself.

The barrel is copper, so the A75 is a copper-only terminal. Do not crimp it onto aluminum conductors; aluminum needs a terminal rated AL or AL9CU with the appropriate inhibitor compound.
