NUVO Lighting 65-505 LED 2ft Linear Hi-Bay, 165W, 4000K, 100-277V

It ships ready for chain hang from the ceiling: two 48 inch chains, two V-clips and one 1.02 inch mounting bracket come in the box. At 13.82 lbs the fixture is light enough for a single-point structural anchor at each chain, but you supply the ceiling anchors or threaded rod yourself. If you need a tight-to-ceiling surface mount or an aircraft-cable suspension, that hardware is not part of the kit.

It is rated for indoor, damp locations, which covers an unheated warehouse, a covered loading dock or a garage bay where humidity and condensation occur. It is not a wet-location fixture, so anywhere exposed to direct rain, hose-down washdown or standing water on the housing needs a wet-rated hi-bay instead.

Dimming is supported on the 65-505, so it can be tied into a dimming control or occupancy/daylight scheme. Color temperature is fixed at 4000K though, it is not a CCT-selectable fixture, so if you want 5000K on part of a building you have to order a different model rather than flipping a switch on the housing.

The LED array is integrated, there is no lamp or socket to change. When the light engine or driver reaches end of life the fixture is replaced as a unit. Rated life is 50,000 hours, which at 12 hours a day of operation is over 11 years. For MRO buyers standardizing a building, that argues for keeping one or two spare fixtures on the shelf rather than spare lamps.

It carries a cULus safety listing, which covers both US and Canadian installations for inspection purposes, and the fixture is RoHS compliant. Note that it carries a California Prop 65 warning for lead, which matters if you are shipping into or specifying for a California facility.
