1) Will the NUVO 65-506 hi-bay run on 208V or 480V shop power?
The 65-506 linear hi-bay is a 100-277V universal input fixture, so 120, 208, 240 and 277V all work with no reconfiguring. It will not run on 480V. For a 480V service you need either a step-down transformer or a 347-480V rated fixture.
2) How does the NUVO 65-506 hi-bay mount, and is the hardware included?
It hangs from the ceiling on chain, and the mounting kit ships with the fixture: two 48 inch chains, two V-clips, and one 1.02 inch mounting bracket. You supply the ceiling anchor points. If your ceiling needs a cable aircraft kit, surface mounting, or pendant conduit stems, that hardware is not part of this package.
3) Can this LED hi-bay be installed in a wash bay or unheated warehouse?
It is an indoor fixture with a damp location rating, so covered unheated spaces and areas with humidity or condensation are fine. It is not wet-location rated, so do not use it where it will be hit directly by water spray, hose-down cleaning, or open weather exposure.
4) How much light does the 165W NUVO 65-506 put out, and what ceiling height does that suit?
