The 65-802R2 is a high-voltage fixture, rated 277V-480V. It will run on 277V single phase or 480V, so it suits industrial and commercial services rather than 120/208/240V panels. If your building feeds the lighting circuits at 120V or 240V, this is the wrong voltage band and you need the low-voltage version of the UFO high bay instead.

It carries a Wet location rating and is cULus safety listed, so moisture exposure such as a wash bay, unheated warehouse or covered loading dock is within rating. NUVO lists it as an indoor fixture, so it is not intended for open outdoor mounting even with the wet rating.

The locking hanging hook and the 6 foot whip come with the fixture, so the fixture side is complete. What is not included is the suspension hardware above it, chain, aircraft cable, threaded rod or the J-box, plus a dimming control if you intend to use the dimming capability. Wiring lands on 277V to 480V.

Dimmable, yes. Color is fixed at 5000K daylight with an 80 CRI, and the fixture is not CCT selectable, so you cannot field-switch it to 4000K or 3500K. If you are matching existing 4000K fixtures in the same space, pick a different unit rather than this one.

No. The 65-802R2 is an integrated LED fixture with no lamp base, so there is nothing to relamp. It is rated for an average 50,000 hours, and at end of life the whole unit gets swapped. Facilities standardizing on a relampable source should not spec this one.

RoHS compliant, yes. It also carries a California Proposition 65 chemical listing for lead, which matters if you are shipping into or specifying for a California facility and need to pass that disclosure along in submittals.
