One fixture covers the whole range. The 65-823R1 is rated 120V-347V, so the same unit wires up on 120, 208, 240, 277 or 347 volt service. That matters on industrial and institutional jobs where the parking garage runs 347V and the back-of-house runs 120V; you stock one part number for both.

It's built for wet locations outdoors, rated IP65 against dust and water jets and IK08 against impact, so wash-down bays, covered parking, loading docks and damp mechanical rooms are the intended use. The housing is plastic, which keeps it from corroding in chemical wash environments the way a painted steel strip would.

The sensor is integrated into the fixture, so there's no separate occupancy sensor to mount or wire, and no low-voltage control run back to a panel. Microwave sensing reads motion through the lens, which is why it's used on vapor tight housings where a PIR eye would be behind a sealed gasket. The fixture is also dimmable, so it can sit on a dimming control scheme in addition to the sensor.

No lamps to buy. The LED array is integrated into the fixture, so there's no T8 tube, no socket, and nothing to relamp. Rated life is 50,000 hours, which is the number to plan replacement cycles against rather than a lamp change schedule. When the LEDs reach end of life you replace the fixture, not a bulb.

It carries a cETLus safety listing, which covers both US and Canadian installation, and the fixture is RoHS compliant.
