The driver accepts 120V through 277V, so 120, 208, 240 and 277 all work off the same fixture, which is why it suits a mixed-voltage portfolio. It will not run on 347V or 480V. For a 480V site you need a step-down transformer or a 347-480V rated luminaire.

The 65-845 delivers 26,536 lumens at 200W, so it is generally a one-for-one swap for a 400W metal halide or high pressure sodium head, which has dropped well below that output by mid-life. Output is at 5000K with 80 CRI, a cooler, whiter light than HPS. Because the cutoff is Type III, verify your existing pole spacing still covers the lot before assuming a straight count match.

Type III throws light forward and to the sides in an asymmetric pattern, so it is the usual choice for mounting along the perimeter of a lot or a roadway edge where you want the light pushed out over the pavement and held back off the property line. For an island or a pole in the middle of a lot you would want a Type V (square or round symmetric) pattern instead; for a narrow drive aisle, Type II. The 65-845 is the Type III version at 200W.

It carries a Wet location rating and is cULus certified for outdoor use, so rain and direct weather exposure on an open pole are fine. The housing is die-cast aluminum, which is what gives it the heat sinking and the corrosion life for exterior service.

The 65-845 is dimmable, so it will work with a 0-10V control scheme for after-hours setback where your controls contractor is running a low-voltage dimming leg. The fixture does not include a photocell; a button photocontrol or a pole-mounted contactor has to be ordered separately.

No. The light source is an integrated LED, not a replaceable lamp, so there is no socket and no bulb to stock. Rated life is 50,000 hours; at the end of life the head is replaced, not relamped. For an MRO stocking plan that means spare fixtures rather than spare lamps.

The fixture weighs 8.42 lbs and measures 22.40 x 14.40 x 3.11 inches. That is far lighter than the 400W metal halide shoebox it typically replaces, so an arm already engineered for an HID head carries it with margin. The low 3.11 inch profile also reduces the EPA wind load on the pole compared with a deep HID housing.

The 65-845 is fixed at 5000K; it is not a CCT-selectable fixture, so there is no field switch for 3000K or 4000K. If you are matching existing 4000K heads elsewhere on the site, this one will read noticeably cooler and bluer next to them. It is offered in a bronze finish.

RoHS compliant, yes. It also carries a California Proposition 65 warning for lead, which matters for public and institutional specs that require the disclosure on submittals. It is not an ADA-compliant fixture, so it should not be used in a protruding-object wall application.
