It's a 2 inch ABS flange, so it mates to 2 inch ABS DWV pipe with solvent cement. If the rough-in behind the wall is PVC rather than ABS, this is the wrong part number, because ABS cement and PVC pipe are not a matched system. Check what the stub-out actually is before ordering.

Model 43540 is the urinal version: a 2 inch ABS horizontal adjustable urinal flange kit. Water closets drain 3 or 4 inch through the floor and take a closet flange instead, so don't substitute this one on a toilet rough-in.
4) What does horizontal adjustable mean on the Oatey 43540 urinal flange kit?
Horizontal means the flange takes a wall-side outlet rather than a floor outlet, which is how a wall-hung urinal drains.
